About the Author
Author/artist Masashi Kishimoto was born in 1974 in rural Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Like many kids, he was first inspired to become a manga artist in elementary school when he read Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball series. After spending time in art college, he won the Hop Step Award for new manga artists with his story “Karakuri.” After considering various genres for his next project, Kishimoto decided on a story steeped in traditional Japanese culture. His first version of Naruto, drawn in 1997, was a one-shot story about fox spirits; his final version, which debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1999, quickly became the most popular ninja manga in the world. The series would also spawn multiple anime series, movies, novels, video games and more. Having concluded the series in late 2014, Masashi Kishimoto has kept himself busy this year with the side story “Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring” and writing the story for the latest Naruto movie, Boruto: Naruto the Movie, both of which will focus on the title character's son, Boruto.

This is a great buy. As a Naruto fan, I couldn't wait until this was delivered to my doorstep! The box may not be as well done as the Shadow Box's was years ago with the wooden frame and sliding doors, it's smaller and has a handle where you can just move your collection a little more easier than having bend down to lift the box. Also unlike the Shadow Box, it has a simple door held by three velcro dots for easier access than Shadow Box's where you had to slide it out of a box sleeve just to access your manga. The box set comes with a double-sided poster and a a small red booklet that contains the manga prequel to Road to Ninja (which I thought Viz Media already released as that movie came out in the States in Fall 2014) and a interview with Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto right after he ended the series.If you're one of those fans who would want to own the entire series then get this box set along with the other two. You can't go wrong!
Unable to wait for the anime itself to finish, I purchased this final Naruto manga box set which concludes the spectacular series :') ! Anyways, the set itself is beautiful and the art is .. Well exactly what dreams are made of (perfecto!) this is such an amazing deal and as a manga/anime collector I believe this to be a must have for any and all Naruto fans! The only thing that bothered me was a few of the spines had damage (maybe just me being paranoid about the condition lol but one manga did have a small tear) .. Buttt! Well done Masashi Kishimoto on creating a marvelous masterpiece!! ( T_T)ï¼¼(^-^ )

Excited for the Naruto Shippuden but the book was great in terms of fighting and bonding with characters remember to read this series before reading Shippuden the charters that are the easiest to grow to like are Gaara, Kakashi, Itachi, Jaraiya and obviously Naruto.
Had to purchase the last book of the Naruto Series. This one is by far one of my favorites. I will miss this series.
I love it! Books came in 1 week and a half. But I'm miffed that the book box edges are bent :/
I loved it. Unfortunately, my son did not realize it came with 2 Volume 69 and no 70 volume. We just now found it out and it is past the return date of 10/7. Therefore, I am assuming there is nothing I can do besides buy the missing volume.
The book set came in beautiful with nothing damage. If it's damage then it's usually the delivery people. Got a poster and another small bonus story with this set. Worth the price of buying it one by one at a store.
