For main highways it's great. Several times when I was looking for secondary or unmaintained surface roads the maps were inaccurate with roads drawn in the wrong place. A lot of times the only way I have to navigate a new road or area is to look at the shape of the road or it's distance in relation to a known highway. The Nebraska Gazeteer was off several times. I had to spend a lot of time backtracking and getting help from locals.
