With my Amazon e-gift card balance and paying standard shipping, I received my calendar in 6 days.In the mailer, it comes wrapped in tight plastic. This wire spiral-bound weekly calendar begins on Monday, January 1, 2018 to January 6, 2019. Inside are 57 beautiful professional photographs of nature with an informative description of each photo, location and the name of the photographer. The lettering of the months, days and numbers are big enough to read. Each grid of the day has space of about 6 inches wide by 1 inch high to write down your appointments, meetings, video conferences, travel dates, hotel reservations and confirmation numbers, phone numbers, birthdays, anniversaries, picnics, family reunions and friend reunions. Don't forget those brunch, luncheons and dinner reservations, Broadway theater dates, movie releases and when you are to attend, DVD releases, college classes and exams and when to pay the bills. I buy the Audubon Birder's Engagement Calendar every year. The pictures are beautiful, but I consider that a plus. I like the fact that there is more room to write than on many other calendars of this type. Also, the pages where you write are not next to each other. I like to clip on a card (for an MD's appointment) on the page opposite to where I write the information. It is so much easier when there is a non-writing page next to the info page.As long as Audubon keeps making these calendars, I will keep buying them.
Bought this along with the page-a-day & wall Audubon bird calendars. Mom asked for "bird-a-day" calendar, so what do you do when there are 3 that could be interpreted that way? Buy all 3.Nice spiral binding, quality paper, glossy, pretty images.Bird nerd Mother kept this one & the wall calendar. The Audubon page-a-day was not to her standards.

The best engagement calendar. It has a picture for every week and not many of this type of calendar do. Plenty of room for writing. Heavy paper and easy to turn pages too.
I have been buying these engagement calendars for years. The pictures are beautiful and there is the perfect amount of space for each day to write everything that may be going on. I also love that I can clearly see my week one at a time. I will continue to repurchase before each New Years!

You can use your smartphone if you like, but we really do enjoy the practical daily / weekly planning calendar.
